Each and every parcel is securely packed and dispatched within 72 hours after receiving the cleared payment so that it reaches you in Perfect Shape and Condition. Delivery is deemed complete and title to the products passes to you upon acceptance of shipment by the courier company.
- • Generally, an order from the time of placement to delivery should take about 4-5 working days you are doing multiple purchases as all the parcels above 2 Kgs in weight are shipped the parcels through our logistics partner DHL. In case of small parcels ordered by you at Royal spares are shipped by Indian Postal Services and reach at your doorstep in 15-20 working days as reported by our customers. We encourage our customers to do multiple purchases so that Royal spares can ship the parcels through expedited courier.If for any reason there are any delays which will keep you informed on the same by email.Please note PO Box/APO Box addresses are not accepted in some countries, so please provide the ground address.
- • Shipping by sea is only entertained incase of bulk orders/restored motorcycles & Scooters for our regular resellers and importers overseas.

As we have no control over these charges, we cannot predict what your particular charge may be. All footwears, boots, Shoes and Helmets has a tag along with a sticker under the sole that when removed or soiled will indicate the product cannot be returned.
- • Customer has to bear all expenses for returning. Please ensure that you send the product back though a reliable insured courier/shipping mode. Please note that shipping costs as well as customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments.
- • The Return Authorizarion Number RMA is issued to the buyer and the same must be mentioned on the package. The Return Authorizarion Number RMA can be collected by contacting us at Support Centre or by droping a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org
